Tori Jones, Office Assistant

Role:  As our office assistant, Tori oversees the day-to-day running of the office.  She does it all from answering the phones to helping our design team place orders.  She is responsible for checking in all deliveries and ensuring accuracy from the vendors.  She helps with AP invoices, reviewing and reconciling account statements, maintaining accurate records for all employees in the office.  She works closely with the office manager, as well as the design staff to keep the office organized and running smoothly.

 Experience:  Tori came to Team Hatfield after being a retail associate for a luxury leather goods company and being a nanny.  Before that, her background was in the service industry, where she was the lead server at a busy family restaurant for several years. Tori knows what it means to deliver great service with a smile and loves being helpful. In her free time, she likes to ride bikes with her sister, play with her cats (Almond, Cookie, and Kit-Kat) and fine tune her cooking skills.
